Experienced in Hardwood Flooring Installation and Hardwood Floor Refinishing

With more than 30 years of combined experience, the team at Foothills Floor Sanding takes great pride in each project they complete.   William has more than 20 years of experience sanding, finishing, repairing, and installing hardwood flooring. His passion for working with hardwood floors has been with him from a very young age. William began working with hardwood flooring in 1999. Some of his past projects include homes in Chateau Elan and Reynolds Plantation and surrounding Lake Oconee area in East Georgia. William moved to upstate South Carolina in 2010 and continued to work with hardwood flooring. 

Melanie joined William in 2017 after leaving a nursing career of 17 years to open Foothills Floor Sanding LLC.  Together with their other team member Chance they strive to deliver exceptional quality that will last for years.

Hardwood Floor Sanding & Finishing Anderson, Pickens & Oconee Counties, SC

Average pricing

Sanding & Finish with polyurethane

$3.25-5 00 per Sq ft

This includes sanding down the wood flooring and applying three coats of polyurethane for a natural look. We use oil-based and water-based polyurethane.  

Sanding, Staining & Finish

$ 3.50-5.50 per sq ft

This includes sanding the hardwood floor, staining, and applying three coats of an oil or water-based polyurethane 

Screen & Recoat (No Sanding)

$1.50–$3.00 per sq. ft.

This consists of buffing the floor and applying a new coat of oil based or water-based polyurethane.

Additional Services

We do repair Hardwood flooring. Quote depends on scope of work needed. We sand and finish stair treads and install hardwood flooring.

$50.00 - 100.00 per stair tread

Hardwood floor install

$2.00 and up

We install hardwood flooring. Price depends on  if hardwood floor is solid or engineered, glue down, unfinished,  or prefinished.
